What you get

Our dances are ideal for anything from a high-energy 21st birthday party to a more laid back 60th. Over the last 15 years, we have facilitated many successful year end functions, church events, numerous fund raisers and western themed corporate events. We provide the sound system, clear dance calling, and country rock background music to make your event a success.

We provide:

 

The calling and dance instruction
A good sound system adequate for up to 150 guests
Background music between dance sets

We do not provide:

Lighting
Decor
Hay bales
Catering
Venue

Please note: The dance floor should be as large as the space taken up by the guests' seating and tables. The floor should be firm, level and dust free.

Outline of the event

From 1 to 3 forty five minute sets of dancing. Most 3 set events do one set before supper, and two more sets afterwards, but you can tailor this to your preferences.
